METHOD: • Prepare your oven by pre-heating it to 190°C and keep the cottage cheese/paneer immersed in hot water to soften. • In a pan, heat LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil with garlic over medium flame for not more than 2 minutes. • Add chopped spinach with pepper, chopped bird’s eye chilli (optional) and salt as per taste. Fry until the volume is reduced. Remove from flame and let it cool down. • Once cooled, add well-crumbled cottage cheese/paneer, mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Mix well. • Let's start assembling your lasagna in an oven-safe dish. First, place a thin spread of the pizza & pasta sauce, then place lasagna sheets over it without overlapping. Break the sheet if needed to place them in a single layer. • Now place another pizza & pasta layer and cover it with lasagna sheets. Now, spread a fine layer of spinach mixture and cover it with lasagna sheets as earlier. • Now spread pizza & pasta sauce, cover it with a layer of spinach mixture, and again place the lasagna sheets over. • Complete the lasagna with pizza & pasta sauce layer and garnish with grated mozzarella cheese. • Bake the spinach lasagna prepared by covering it with aluminium foil at 190°C for around 45-50 minutes. • Once baked, let it set for 10 minutes before serving. Cut the lasagna into desired pieces to serve faster and better. • Your Spinach Lasagna is ready to be served. Enjoy Winter With Yummy-Tangy Gauva & Mint Ki Khati-Meethi Chutney Prepared by Ms. Naaz Parveen • 2 ripe guavas • 2 green chillies • 1 cup fresh mint leaves • 1 tbsp sugar • 1-inch ginger • salt as per taste • 1 tbsp lemon juice • ½ tsp cumin powder (jeera powder) • pinch of red chilli powder (for garnishing) INGREDIENTS: METHOD: • Firstly, start by washing, peeling and deseeding the guavas. Roughly chop them into small pieces. • In a mixer grinder, add fresh mint leaves, chopped guava, ginger, green chillies, salt, lemon juice, sugar and cumin powder. • Blend well until everything comes together and you get a thick but smooth paste. • Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh mint leaves and red chilli powder for extra spiciness. • Your Gauva & Mint Ki Khati-Meethi Chutney is now ready to be served with your favourite snacks, main course, or side dishes as you prefer.
