Try Hands On Healthy Tori Galouti Kababs Prepared by Mr. Suman Rajput • LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil for cooking • 400 gms tori/turai • 1 medium sliced onion • 1 cup whole masoor dal • 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste • salt to taste • 2-3 chopped green chillies • 2 tbsp coriander powder • 2 tbsp cumin powder • 1 ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder • 1 ½ tsp garam masala • 2 tbsp amchoor powder • 1 tsp chat masala • 1/4 cup chopped coriander • 1 cup water • ¾ cup fresh breadcrumbs INGREDIENTS: METHOD: • Soak the masoor dal for at least 2 hours in water. • Meanwhile, boil the chopped tori/turai along with the soaked dal, sliced onion, salt and some water. Let it boil until 3-4 whistles. • Transfer the boiled mixture into a bowl. Let it cool completely and mash it coarsely. • Add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and all the dry masalas. • Now add the breadcrumbs and chopped green coriander leaves. Mix everything well. • Further divide the mixture into equal parts and shape them as kababs. • Brush the tawa or griller with LITE HOUSE Rice Bran Oil. • Cook the kababs until golden brown on both sides. • Your Healthy Tori Galouti Kababs are now ready to be served.
