This Privacy Policy informs of the ways in which we collect, use and protect your personal data. MHC is committed to safeguard the personal data that you provide to us.
Overview
• Each person (“the Applicant”) who makes any application (“Application”) to MHC for access to or use of its platform to obtain the Services and each successful Applicant (“the User”), as the case may be, acknowledges and agrees that MHC may at its discretion, link MHC’s Platform to any website of MHC or any third party or allow any third party to advertise its goods, services and facilities on MHC’s Platform, subject to the terms and conditions set by MHC or imposed by the third party which may not be within MHC’s control, in which event, the successful Applicant shall be free to make his own independent decision on whether to use such other website or MHC or third party’s website or to accept any goods, services or facilities from such third party (in which case the Applicant shall be deemed to have entered into a contract with such party relating to such goods, services and facilities at the Applicant’s own risk and expense).
• If you do not agree to MHC’s Terms of Use and/or do not consent to such collection, use and disclosure of your personal data, please do not access or use the MHC platform.
Data Collection and Use
The Applicant and the User (as the case may be):
1. shall at all times provide MHC with up-to-date data about itself, that MHC may require in relation to the Applicant or the User (as the case may be), including its name, identification document, nationality, address, telephone number, credit or debit card details, race, gender, date of birth, email address and any other information about the Applicant or the User (as the case may be) and its use of the Services, as well as data relating to its health and medical history, religious or other similar beliefs (“Personal Data”); and
2. hereby agrees and consents to MHC and its employees, agents, and contractors collecting, processing and using the Personal Data for the purposes of the Application and the Contract and for the business and activities of MHC and its partners and sponsors and to fulfil any legal obligation of MHC, including for marketing, business or any other purposes in relation to MHC and the following purposes:
a) to process the Application;
b) to exercise MHC’s obligations and perform MHC’s obligations under the Contract;
c) to manage and administer the Services offered on its platform;
d) to develop, operate and enhance its platform; and
e) to notify, invite and/or consider the participation of the Applicant or the User (as the case may be) of any events, promotions, activities, focus groups, research studies, contests, promotions, polls, surveys or any productions and to communicate with the Applicant or the User regarding its attendance thereafter.
3. We may use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the MHC sites to promote trust and security, to help analyse our web page flow and to measure promotional effectiveness. Cookies can help us provide you with information that is targeted to your interests. You are always free to decline our cookies (if your browser permits you to do so), although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on those MHC sites.
Sharing with and Disclosure to Third Parties
• The User hereby represents and warrants to MHC that it does and shall possess all intellectual property and other rights to use, disclose, reproduce and publish all content and other materials (including photographs, videos and music) posted or otherwise it makes available to MHC or on MHC’s Platform (“the User’s Materials”). For the avoidance of doubt, this does not include your Personal Data nor videos and/or photographs of the teleconsultation sessions.
• The User:
1. hereby grants to MHC full right, permission and liberty to use, reproduce and transmit the User’s Materials and without royalty or other charge;
2. hereby acknowledges that the User’s Materials will be made available to the employees, agents and contractors of MHC in relation to MHC’s platform, and MHC may not be able to monitor or limit or otherwise control their use of the User’s Materials; and
3. hereby releases MHC and its employees, agents and contractors from any liability for their use of the User’s Materials.
Service Providers
• We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us. We may share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to obligations mirroring the protections of this Privacy Policy.
Law and Harm
• We may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect MHC’s rights or property.
Business Transfers
• In the event that MHC is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.
Security
• MHC has implemented security arrangements (which shall at least be equivalent to industry standard practices) to protect your privacy and personal data. Your personal data to be used by MHC is stored on MHC servers located within its premises or those of its data service providers. In no event shall MHC and its employees, agents, contractors be liable for any claim for emotional distress or loss of data or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, economic, future, exemplary or damages or loss.
Accessing and Updating your Data
• You must provide and ensure that all information given by you to MHC are complete, accurate and current, and not misrepresent or misconstrue its ability, competency or capacity to use the Services (as the case may be); and give to MHC all other information which may affect MHC’s decision whether or not to permit or to continue to permit the Applicant or the User (as the case may be) to have access to or to use the Platform or on the terms and conditions of providing such access or use.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
• MHC reserves the right to amend its prevailing Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended Privacy Policy at any of the MHC platforms. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
• This Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Singapore law, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
